Quick Troubleshooting Tips
- If emails are getting bounced back, double-check that the recipient’s email address is still active.
- If you are unable to receive or send emails while using an email client, make sure that all the accounts are online and that the client settings are not preventing you from sending or receiving emails.
- An alternative is to compare your current settings with the setup documents provided by UBC IT. Ensure that the settings are identical and make necessary changes if required.
